Orders placed before 1300 Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1300 will be dispatched the next working day.  

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY (COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU)

Countries outside the EU may be liable to pay import duties/tax and handling charges on entering the country. We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods and the amount of duty is worked out on the type of goods and their value. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict what they might be. Our international postage charges therefore are exclusive of these charges.

You will be notified by the courier as the goods enter your country if any fees are due and these (plus any additional handling charges for customs clearance) must be borne by you.  If you have any queries on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local customs authority.

 

How Soon Can I Expect to Receive My Order?

International deliveries: we aim to have items delivered within 6-10 business days, this may vary depending on the country you live in and time taken to clear customs and duty.

 

How do I Choose the Correct Size Swimsuit?

Please look at the custom size chart we have provided for each individual style swimsuit. If you are having any issues with the size chart, have any further queries regarding sizing, or would like more advice, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at info@malak.london . We aim to reply to emails within 2-3 business days. 

 

UK Returns Policy: 

If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from us, you are entitled to a refund, providing the product is returned to us unworn, unwashed - in perfect re-saleable condition as you had received it with the original tags and packaging intact.  All  you have to do is email us at info@malak.london with your order details, reason for returns/refund within 30 days of receiving your order.  We aim to respond to email queries within 2-3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Please allow 9-10 working days for funds to appear in your account. 

Please Note: Delivery cost for Returns/Exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
